Aqua Terra Property Management used to be Florida Professional Property Management. I purchased the commercial side of this FPPM and changed the name to Aqua Terra Property Management. I partnered with Steven David, my old boss who owns Florida Professional Property Management.  Steven has over 40 years’ experience in property management and real estate in South Florida.

Steven has been a state licensed Florida Property Management instructor as well as an Advanced Real Estate & Broker instructor in Florida for over 35 years. He has written many of the continuing education courses with thousands of graduates. Talk about a plethora of knowledge.

He also is also partnered with Home Solutions Property Management, Inc. – houses only. He also owns Florida Professional Real Estate. I worked for Steven for over 5 years before buying the Condo, Co-op, HOA and Hi Rise property management part of his business from him. I still share the same office with Steven.

I started as a real estate agent and an assistant property manager under his tutelage before finally getting my property management license a few years ago.

I’ve also had my real estate license since 2011.

I come from a 29-year career in executive management in the hospitality industry.  While the Aqua Terra company name was relatively new a couple years ago, I’ve been managing these properties for many years. Steven had managed most of these properties for the last 8-12 years before I took them over. I have a deep construction background from my earlier career. I’m quite familiar with concrete repairs, seawall repairs, plumbing & electrical repairs and anything else related to managing property. In the restaurant business things break all of the time and maintenance never ends. I was also responsible for the finances every day. This was the perfect background for property management.
